If you aren't set up to chat on IRC (like most people), no problem. There's a simple web interface. Just pick a name, enter #crayon as the channel name, and press connect (no need to Auth to services, unless you already have a FreeNode account you want to use).

If you prefer to have a more native IRC experience rather than using the web interface, I recommend HexChat.
